In this capstone course, you’ll discover major leadership theories of change management, organizational effectiveness, and communication as they interact with organizational design. You’ll be equipped for leadership positions in a dynamic global environment as you use case studies, classroom presentations, and research to investigate the meaning and practice of leadership and of increasing organizational effectiveness.
Dr. John Cirone has been teaching for 28 years. He earned his M.B.A. from the University of West Florida and his D.B.A. from Nova Southeastern University. He has managed a ministry nonprofit that coordinated countrywide evangelistic outreach and served as the dean of business at Pensacola Christian College for 10 years. He teaches because God called him to, and he’s humbled to be part of transforming people to be better leaders through reaching their heads and their hearts.
